Pray in Faith—God Answers (Pt. 1)

Ephesians 6:18, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

Philippians 4:6, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Colossians 4:2, “Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.

1 Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray without ceasing.

1 Timothy 2:8, “I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

1 Timothy 4:5, “For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

James 5:16-18, “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.   1. Thanks so much, Esther, for sharing this! It was so encouraging to read, and just to be reminded again, of how much I need to be in constant prayer with our Father, and just how precious it is. Prayer is an area in my spiritual life that I am striving to grow in.
